Starting March 1, 1999, Micon Computer Company will be the warranty service contractor for Inca brand desktop and notebook computers purchased at Inca Retail stores. Inca's Business Service customers are not covered under this service contract. To obtain warranty service, you must have a copy of your original retail sales receipt. We cannot provide any warranty service without your original sales receipt.

The Standard Limited Warranty on Inca brand desktop computers is 1 year parts and 90 days labor. The Standard Limited Warranty on Inca brand notebooks is 1 year parts and labor.
