Micon RMA Policy
Customer must request a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION
(RMA) number by filling out this form for any Warranty service. The original receipt number
must be included with any request. Warranty claims must be received by Micon prior to
warranty expiration. This warranty is non-transferable. Packages without RMA number will be
refused
The
Micon Warranty does not cover software related problems or
incompatibilities with external accessories.

MICON IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR
SHIPPING DAMAGES DUE TO IMPROPER PACKAGING.
For your protection please purchase
adequate shipping insurance from your carrier to cover potential
shipping damage or loss.
1.
All customer-installed components
and peripherals must be removed before shipping. If any
accessories are missing, and a replacement unit is sent, the
customer will be billed for the replacement cost of the missing
products.
2.
Be sure to
backup your hard drive prior to service, as Micon is not
responsible for any lost data.
3. Please allow 48-72 hours for all RMA Requests.
4. A $60 diagnostics fee will be applied for all merchandise
returned that is deemed not defective (A
deposit
of aforementioned amount is required for ALL RMA requests,
which is refundable if the service performed is covered under
the Micon Warranty).
